U Series RF Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors

KYOCERA AVX U Series RF Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors provide ultra-low equivalent series resistance (ESR) at VHF, UHF, and microwave frequencies. These MLCCs provide tight tolerances as well as C0G (NP0) characteristics and voltage variation. KYOCERA AVX U Series capacitors are available in 0402, 0603, 0805, and 1210 EIA chip sizes with a 0.2pF to 10µF capacitance range.

Standard Commercial-Grade MLCCs

KYOCERA AVX Standard Commercial-Grade MLCCs are offered in a variety of dielectric series. The X5R capacitors offer high capacitance values up to 100µF and are well suited for decoupling and filtering applications. Y5V capacitors are formulated for general-purpose use in a limited temperature range. C0G(NPO) capacitors offer one of the most stable capacitor dielectrics available. The U series RF/Microwave C0G(NPO) capacitors are designed for ultra-low ESR for applications in the communications market. KYOCERA AVX X7R capacitors are called temperature-stable ceramics and fall into EIA Class II materials.
