Wolfspeed WolfPACK™ FM3/GM3 Silicon-Carbide Power Modules

Wolfspeed WolfPACK™ FM3/GM3 Silicon-Carbide Power Modules are available in half-bridge, full-bridge, and six-pack (three-phase) configurations, all with the option of pre-applied HoneywellTM Thermal Interface Material (TIM). Suitable for medium power (10kW to 100+kW) designs, the modules offer a small footprint that allows the development of more compact, scalable solutions. The packages are pin-compatible replacements for existing silicon-based modules, enabling the possibility for drop-in system updates. Selecting WolfPACK modules with pre-applied TIM lowers the Tj by up to 40°C or increases the current by up to 60% when compared to standard thermal grease. Full-bridge configuration modules are ideal for isolated DC-DC converters within level 3 fast chargers, industrial power supplies, and energy storage systems.
