Silicon Labs EFR32MG14P Mighty Gecko wireless SoCs are ideal for energy-friendly, multi-protocol, and multi-band networking for IoT devices. These SoCs provide high energy efficiency, ultra-fast wake-up times, a scalable power amplifier, an integrated balun and no-compromise MCU. The EFR32MG14P wireless SoCs support Zigbee, Thread, Bluetooth low energy, proprietary protocols, wireless M-Bus, and low power WANs. These SoCs feature 256KB of flash memory and 32KB of RAM. Typical applications include IoT multi-protocol devices, connected home, lighting, health, metering, and building automation.Features
