
ROHM Semiconductor BD8202x High-Side Switch ICs
ROHM's BD8202x High-Side Switch ICs is a Single Channel High Side Switch IC that employs an N-Channel power MOSFET with low on-resistance and low supply current for the power supply line of universal serial bus (USB). These ICs have a built-in over-current detection circuit, thermal shutdown circuit, under-voltage lockout, and soft-start circuits. Typical applications include USB hub in consumer applications, PC, and PC peripheral equipment.Features
