Renesas Electronics ISL91107IR & ISL91127IR Buck-Boost Regulators
Renesas / Intersil ISL91107IR and ISL91127IR Buck-Boost Regulators accept input voltages above or below the regulated output voltage. These regulators provide automatic and seamless transitions between buck and boost modes. Renesas ISL91107IR and ISL91127IR Buck-Boost Regulators are designed for standalone applications and support 3.3V or 3.5V output voltage or adjustable output voltage with an external resistor divider. These regulators support output voltages as low as 1V or as high as 5.2V.
