NXP Semiconductors i.MX28 ARM9 Applications Processors

NXP i.MX28 ARM9™ applications processors provide support for high-color displays and integrate display, power management, networking, and connectivity features. NXP i.MX28 applications processors feature optimized performance and ultra-low power consumption. The series is ideal for battery-operated or fanless portable equipment.

The i.MX28 family also provides support for high-color displays by integrating a WVGA LCD controller with touchscreen support. These NXP devices offer a 454MHz ARM926EJ-S core with 32KB Cache and an PMU with high efficiency on-chip DC/DC converter. i.MX28 applications processors offer 128KB on-chip RAM and provide memory encryption to protect against IP cloning.
