Microchip Technology SAMA5D27 Evaluation Kit
Microchip Technology SAMA5D27 Evaluation Kit is designed as an evaluation platform for SAMA5D27 System-In-Package (SIP) and System-On-Module (SOM). This Microchip Technology evaluation kit consists of a baseboard with a soldered SAMA5D27 SOM1 module and a purpose-built small-footprint hardware platform equipped with high-speed connectivity. This module includes a SAMA5D27-D1G-CU SIP embedding a 1GB DDR2 SDRAM and offers a cost-effective embedded platform for building end products.
The SAMA5D27 evaluation kit's SOM module integrates a QSIP memory, 1GB DDR2 SDRAM, and a 10/100Mbps Ethernet controller. This evaluation kit also has 128 GPIOs provided by the SOM and can be configured as inputs or outputs. The SAMA5D27 evaluation kit has dimensions of 135mm x 90mm x 20mm. This kit operates at 3.3V I/O voltage and -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
