Microchip Technology MCP33141/MCP33151 12/14-bit ADCs
Microchip MCP33141/MCP33151 12/14-bit Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs) feature a single-ended input, high performance, and low power consumption in a small package. This makes these devices ideal for battery-powered systems and remote data acquisition applications. These ADCs feature a successive approximation register (SAR) architecture and an industry-standard SPI serial interface, allowing 12-bit or 14-bit ADC capability to be added to any PIC® microcontroller. The MCP33141/MCP33151 features 500k or 1M samples/second, 1 input channel, low power consumption (1.5µA typical standby current, 0.33mA typical active current), and is available in 10-pin MSOP and 10-pin TDFN.These devices are fully automotive qualified (AEC-Q100) and specified for operation between -40°C and +125°C. The ADCs are designed to operate in high-temperature and electromagnetic environments while meeting the rigorous and harsh demands of automotive and industrial settings.
