SN74AHC7541-Q1 Automotive Octal Buffer

Texas Instruments SN74AHC7541-Q1 Automotive Octal Buffer configured into two banks of four drivers, each controlled by an output enable pin. This automotive device operates at a VCC voltage range of 2V to 5.5V. The SN74AHC7541-Q1 automotive octal buffer features low delay, 42.8ns maximum at 5V, 50pF load, and latch-up performance exceeding 250mA per JESD 17. This automotive device is available in a wettable flank QFN package. The SN74AHC7541-Q1 device is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. This automotive octal buffer is ideal for driving an indicator LED and level shifting using open-drain outputs.
