The power module features a SiC MOSFET Gen2 power switch, which ensures a low 80mΩ RDS(on) value. STMicroelectronics M1TP80M12W2-2LA ACEPACK DMT-32 SiC Power Module offers a totem pole topological configuration and 1200V breakdown voltage rating. The module's high power density and compact design can be utilized in on-board chargers (OBCs), DC/DC converters, fluid pumps, and HVAC systems.
