C Series 1206/1210/2220 C0G Commercial MLCCs

TDK C Series 1206 / 1210 / 2220 C0G Commercial-Grade Multilayer Ceramic Chip Capacitors (MLCCs) support circuits in which high voltages with rated voltages of 100V to 630V are applied. This MLCC lineup offers a capacitance range of 100pF to 100nF with ±2% tolerance, 0±30ppm/°C temperature coefficient or capacitance change, and -55°C to +125°C operating temperature range. These C0G (NP0) dielectric capacitors are available in a surface-mount package with three size options that are all RoHS and REACH compliant, halogen free, and lead free. TDK C Series 1206 / 1210 / 2220 C0G Commercial-Grade MLCCs are ideal for decoupling, smoothing, snubber and resonant circuits of high-voltage circuits, and wireless charging units, DC-DC converters, and inverters.

C Series High Capacitance MLCCs

TDK C Series High Capacitance MLCCs feature precision technologies that enable the use of multiple thinner ceramic dielectric layers. Composed of only ceramics and metals, TDK C Series Capacitors offer dependable performance, exhibiting virtually no degradation even when subjected to temperature extremes. The monolithic structure ensures superior mechanical strength and reliability. These MLCCs are available in a range of capacitance values, numerous case sizes, and in temperature coefficients of X5R, X6S, X7R, X7S, X7T, X8R, Y5V, and C0G (NP0).
