Tektronix Current Probes include a broad range of AC/DC and AC-only current probes. These current probes offer bandwidth up to 120MHz and a current clamp sensitivity down to 1mA. The probes also feature bare wire voltage ratings and provide measurement accuracy from μAs to 2000A. Tektronix Current Probes feature automatic readout and scaling when used with Tektronix oscilloscopes. The probes are third-party safety certified, including UL, CSA, and ETL.
