Vishay Semiconductors Signal DFN Package
Vishay Semiconductors Signal DFN Package includes ESD protection, Zener, Schottky, and switching diodes. The diodes are housed in an ultra-small DFN package with wettable (sidewall-plated) flanks. The Signal DFN Package is AEC-Q101 and Automotive Grade qualified. For optimal performance, users need the right amount of solder paste for proper stand-off and solder meniscus. The devices use non-solder mask-defined (NSMD) solder lands.
