Vishay / BC Components NTCALUG RoHS Compliant Lug Mount Thermistors are fully Pb-free and RoHS-compliant with no exemptions. The LUG series can offer a maximum insulation withstand voltage of up to 5kVAC, an AEC-Q200 qualification, and a maximum of +125°C to +150°C operating temperature. The Pb-free construction of these thermistors is for use in temperature sensing applications across numerous market segments.
