NXP Semiconductors P3T1x Digital Temperature Sensors

NXP Semiconductors P3T1x Digital Temperature Sensors utilize an on-chip band gap temperature sensor and an A-to-D conversion technique with over-temperature detection. These digital temperature sensors feature several configuration and data registers to store the device settings, including device operation mode and a temperature register to store the digital temp reading. A controller can communicate this via the 2-wire serial I3C (up to 12.5MHz) and I2C (up to 3.4MHz) interface. The P3T1x digital temperature sensors feature a short conversion time and 1.4V up to 3.6V operating voltage range. Applications include SSD drives, laptops, telecom routers, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), and single/multi-core motherboard servers.
