Texas Instruments TMAG5115 High-Speed, Low Jitter, Hall-Effect Latch offers a fast propagation delay and low jitter. The TMAG5115 features high sensitivity stability over temperature and integrated protection features designed for applications that require high RPM. The combination of low jitter and low propagation delay increases power efficiency and reduces parasitic system-level noise.The TI TMAG5115 latch has an open-drain output stage with 15mA current sink capability. The 2.5V to 26V wide operating voltage range allows a wide range of industrial and commercial applications. Internal protection functions are included for output short-circuit, overcurrent, and overtemperature conditions.
The TMAG5115 is housed in an industry-standard SOT-23 package.
