Texas Instruments LMx39/LM2901/LM2901-Q1 Differential Comparators

Texas Instruments LMx39/LM2901/LM2901-Q1 Quad Differential Comparators consist of four independent voltage comparators designed to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages. The LM339B/LM2901B/LM2901B-Q1 devices are the next-generation versions of the industry-standard LM339 and LM2901 comparator family. These next-generation B-version comparators feature lower offset voltage, higher supply voltage capability, and lower supply current. These devices also have lower input bias current, lower propagation delay, improved 2kV ESD performance, and input ruggedness through dedicated ESD clamps. The Texas Instruments LM339B/LM2901B/LM2901-Q1 can drop in to replace the LM239, LM339, and LM2901/LM2901-Q1 for both "A" and "V" grades.
