TE Connectivity's Measurement Specialties TSYS01 Digital Temperature Sensor utilizes technology that combines a temperature sensing chip and a 24-bit ΔΣ-ADC in a QFN16 package. Factory calibration coefficients provide highly accurate temperature information along with high measurement resolution. Microcontroller integration is achieved via an I2C or SPI interface. The low current draw of <12.5µA (standby <0.14µA) allows the TSYS01 to be easily embedded in most electronic applications. With a broad operating range of -40ºC to +125ºC, it is ideally suited for thermistor and NTC replacement. Additional applications for TE Measurement Specialties TSYS01 Digital Temperature Sensor includes industrial control, HVAC, and heating/cooling systems.
