TDK 22μF/2012 and 47μF/3216 CGA MLCCs feature top-tier capacitance of 22μF in a 2012 package and 47μF in a 3216 package for automotive applications. These downsized multilayer ceramic capacitors promote a smaller size and higher capacitance than conventional products. This achievement allows a reduction in the number of MLCC components, making them ideal for space-saving designs. The 22μF/2012 capacitor measures 2.0mm x 1.25mm x 1.25mm while the 47μF/3216 capacitor measures 3.2mm x 1.6mm x 1.6mm. These TDK MLCCs are AEC-Q200 compliant and ideal for the smoothing and decoupling of power lines for electronic control units (ECU) in automotive applications, including advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS).
