TAIYO YUDEN X7R-Rated AEC-Q200 High-Reliability MLCCs
TAIYO YUDEN X7R-Rated AEC-Q200 High-Reliability Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) are medium-high voltage capacitors designed for automotive powertrain and safety applications. The ceramic capacitors have a nickel external electrode+ plating surface that contributes to the excellent soldering heat resistance. The capacitors are available in various sizes and their capacitance value ranges from 0.047μF to 10μF. Typical applications for TAIYO YUDEN X7R-Rated AEC-Q200 MLCCs include smoothing capacitors, general digital circuits, and power supply bypass capacitors.
