Vishay Semiconductors VEMD2704 Silicon PIN Photodiode is a high-speed, highly sensitive device with enhanced sensitivity to visible light. The device offers a 1.51mm2 radiant sensitive area with a ±67° half-sensitivity angle. The top-view, surface-mount VEMD2704 is optimized for heart rate monitoring/pulse oximetry and wearable applications.
