TDK InvenSense IIM-20670 MotionTracking MEMS® Device

TDK InvenSense IIM-20670 MotionTracking® MEMS® Device is a 6-axis SmartIndustrial™ MotionTracking device that combines a 3-axis gyroscope and a 3-axis accelerometer. This device operates at a ±41dps to ±1966dps gyroscope range, ±2g to ±65g accelerometer range, two temperature sensors, and 10MHz Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI). The IIM-20670 MotionTracking features a 3V to 5.5V operating voltage range, a current consumption below 10mA, a 10,000g shock tolerant structure, and a -40°C to 105°C operating temperature range. This device includes on-chip 16-bit ADCs, programmable digital filters, and an embedded temperature sensor.

The IIM-20670 MotionTracking is available in a small 4.5mm x 4.5mm x 1.1mm (24-pin DQFN) package. This MotionTracking device is RoHS and Green compliant. Typical applications include navigation, platform stabilization, asset tracking, robotics, industrial automation, smart transportation, agriculture, and construction machinery.
