Sensirion SHT4xA Relative Humidity/Temperature Sensors

Sensirion SHT4xA Relative Humidity/Temperature Sensors are 16-bit, high-accuracy, automotive-grade digital sensors for measuring relative humidity and temperature with different accuracy gradings. These sensors fulfill demanding automotive reliability requirements such as +85°C/85%RH accelerated life tests. Interface options include I2C or pulse-width modulation (PWM), and an integrated heater allows advanced onboard diagnostics. The sensor element is designed for reliable operation in harsh conditions such as condensing environments. Suitable for surface mount technology (SMT) processing, the four-pin dual-flat-no-leads package can also be ordered with a wettable flanks option.
