Littelfuse IXTY2P50PA PolarP™ MOSFET
Littelfuse IXTY2P50PA PolarP™ MOSFET is an easy-to-mount AEC-Q101 qualified MOSFET with low package inductance. This MOSFET is fabricated using the rugged PolarP™ process, features a compact design, and is avalanche-rated. The IXTY2P50PA MOSFET offers -500V drain-source voltage, -2A avalanche current, 150mJ avalanche energy, and 58W power dissipation. This MOSFET operates within the -55°C to 150°C temperature range.
