Renesas Electronics RA2L1 32-Bit Microcontroller Group

Renesas Electronics RA2L1 32-Bit Microcontroller Group offers ultra-low power with an energy-efficient, 48MHz Arm® Cortex®-M23 CPU, including enhanced peripherals. The RA2L1 MCUs provide a low power operation down to 64uA/MHz in active mode and 250nA in software standby mode. With a 48MHz Arm Cortex-M23 CPU, enhanced capacitive touch sensing unit, 32-bit timer, 12-bit ADC, and a CAN, the device features a high integration level.

The Renesas RA2L1 32-Bit Microcontroller Group enables ease-of-use with a free HAL driver code and development tool support (e2studio, Segger J-link, E2/E2 Lite). A lower BOM cost is achieved with a ±1.0% high accuracy internal oscillator, 1.6V to 5.5V wide voltage range, high current drive, and 5V tolerant IO ports.

The RA2L1 MCUs are available with pin counts ranging from 48 to 100.
