Renesas Electronics RA Family Arm® Cortex® Microcontrollers are 32-bit MCUs based on the Arm Cortex-M core architecture, with a wide range of integrated system peripheral IPs, making them ideal for next generation embedded solutions. Each group of RA Series MCUs offers unique features such as Capacitive TouchSensing Unit (CTSU), Security Crypt Engine (SCE) supporting Sync/Async crypto acceleration, 24-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC), and Segment or TFT LCD controllers. The Renesas RA MCUs make it easy to develop IoT edge devices with embedded artificial intelligence (e-AI), using flexible software development tools from Renesas and the Arm partner ecosystem. The RA Series encompasses a broad range of compatible products that provide seamless scalability from small-scale to large-scale applications.
The RA Family Arm Cortex Microcontrollers are offered in Plastic Quad Flat Pack (PQFN), Land Grid Array (LGA), and Quad Flat No-Lead (QFN) packages, with 32- to 176-pins and 256KB to 2MB embedded flash memory.
