Panasonic TDC POSCAP™ Conductive Polymer Tantalum Solid Capacitors are ideal for environments requiring extremely high temperatures and high endurance of up to 1000 hours. The series offers a high voltage range of 16V to 25V and a wide capacitance range of 15μF to 150μF in a small surface-mount package with 7.3mm x 4.3mm x 3.0mm dimensions (L x W x H). These capacitors utilize sintered tantalum as an anode system and highly conductive polymer created with Panasonic's unique method as a cathode system. Panasonic TDC POSCAP Conductive Polymer Tantalum Solid Capacitors offer low equivalent series resistance (ESR), superior high-frequency characteristics, high reliability, and heat resistance. The series operates in a -55°C to +125°C temperature range and is suitable for noise reduction and smoothing power line voltage for high-load current applications such as USB Type-C™, accelerators, and edge servers.
