Panasonic SN-GCJA5 Laser Particulate Matter Sensors
Panasonic SN-GCJA5 Laser Particulate Matter (PM) Sensors are comprised of an onboard microprocessor, micro-fan, Laser Diode (LD), and Photo-Diode (PD). The LD emits light into the detection area, and the PD receives the light and detects the floating particles in the air. These sensor fans operate based on the amount of dust particles surrounding the LD, extending the sensors' lifespan. The SN-GCJA5 sensors are high-accuracy, high-sensitivity, and provide a quick response. A unique auto-calibration function maintains the performance. These air quality sensors minimize dust accumulation by an optimized air pathway structure, making it possible to avoid tracking for electrical safety. Panasonic SN-GCJA5 Laser PM Sensors are suitable for air purifiers, fans, and air conditioners.
Note: The combination of SN-GCJA5 air quality sensors, Arduino Uno microcontroller board, a level shifter, and software are necessary to build the complete evaluation kit.
