Panasonic POSCAP™ TPF Polymer Tantalum Solid Capacitors

Panasonic POSCAP™ TPF Polymer Tantalum Solid Capacitors provide ESR as low as 5mΩ and capacitance up to 1000µF. TPF capacitors are high-temperature reflow solder capable, up to +260°C, as well as RoHS compliant and halogen free. They offer high volumetric efficiency for capacitance and are a safe alternative to generic tantalum capacitors. The series utilizes a sintered tantalum anode and a proprietary high conductivity polymer for a cathode. Panasonic POSCAP TPF Polymer Tantalum Solid Capacitors are available in a variety of low-profile packages, making them ideal for digital, high-frequency devices and more.
