Panasonic HF Series Varistors

Panasonic HF Series Varistors are AEC-Q200 compliant and offer a 16VDC maximum allowable voltage rating with up to 43A clamping voltage. These compact SMD varistors are suitable for automotive requirements and are robust against "soldering heat shock" due to the molded construction. The varistors meet for load dump surge test ISO7637-2 and ISO 16750-2. Panasonic HF Series Varistors have an operating temperature range of -55°C to +150°C.
