Panasonic EZJP-M Multilayer Varistors

Panasonic EZJP-M Multilayer Varistors offer excellent ESD suppression due to original advanced material technology. These multilayer varistors feature no polarity (bipolar) and are capable of replacing two Zener diodes and one capacitor. The lead-free plating terminal electrodes offer great solderability. The EZJP-M varistors have large electro-static resistance and meet IEC61000-4-2, ISO10605, and level 4 standards. These varistors are AEC-Q200 qualified and RoHS compliant. Typical applications include engine Electronic Control Unit (ECU), communication-line, audio-navigation, LED light, and control software.
