Littelfuse FDA117 Photovoltaic MOSFET Drivers

Littelfuse FDA117 Photovoltaic MOSFET Drivers consist of an LED that is optically coupled to a photodiode array. These MOSFET drivers feature isolated floating output, integrated turn-off circuitry, 5000VRMS isolation, 5mA control circuitry, and solid-state reliability. The FDA117 photovoltaic MOSFET drivers deliver 5V reverse input voltage, 550mW total power dissipation, -40°C to 85°C operating temperature range, and a 4kV ESD rating. These photovoltaic MOSFET drivers are UL 94V-0 flammability certified and are RoHS compliant. Typical applications include MOSFET driver,programmable control, process control, instrumentation, solid state relay, isolated switching, and isolated power supply.
