onsemi Low−Side Smart Discrete FETs

onsemi Low-Side Smart Discrete FETs can replace electromechanical relays and discrete circuits. These three-terminal-protected devices are suitable for harsh automotive environments. Protection features include Delta Thermal Shutdown, overcurrent, overtemperature, ESD and integrated Drain to Gate clamping for over-voltage protection. The Low-Side Smart Discrete FETs can switch various resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads.
