NewAE Technology STM32Fx/STM32Lx UFO Target

NewAE Technology STM32Fx/STM32Lx UFO Target allows experiments on the STM32F/STM32L series of ARM devices in a TQPF-64 package. This includes the STM32F0, STM32F1, STM32F2, STM32F3, STM32F4, STM32L4, and STM32L5. These devices family varying core types, peripheral options, and hardware cryptographic peripheral support. The devices also have differing support for data and instruction caches. This allows for comparing code and libraries running on different processor architectures while keeping the same development setup. The ChipWhisperer capture supports programming the devices via a serial bootloader.

  • STM32Fx and STM32Lx series in TQFP64 package supported
  • Optional CAN header allows connection of CANoodler (only for devices with CAN peripheral)
  • JTAG header on CW308 baseboard allows use of ST-Link/V2 or other JTAG programmers and debuggers
  • Example serial program and HAL library allows the use of most ChipWhisperer firmware examples and tutorials directly
  • 32-bit cores (Arm Cortex) with a variety of peripheral options, including multiple security cores
