Microchip Technology MCP14A0454 4.5A Dual MOSFET Driver
Microchip Technology MCP14A0454 4.5A Dual MOSFET Driver offers a peak current of up to 4.5A while operating from a single 4.5V to 18V supply. The MCP14A0454 features a dual non-inverting output, low shoot-through current, fast rise and fall times, and short propagation delays.The MCP14A0454 Dual MOSFET Driver offers enhanced control with enabled functionality. The active-high enable pin can be driven low to drive the outputs of the MCP14A0454 low, regardless of the status of the input pins. An integrated pull-up resistor allows the user to leave the enable pin floating for standard operation.
This MCP14A0454 is highly latch-up resistant under any condition within its power and voltage ratings. The device can accept up to 500mA of reverse current being forced back into the outputs without damage or logic upset. All terminals of the MCP14A0454 are fully protected against Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) up to 2kV (Human Body Model) and 200V (Machine Model).
