Microchip Technology MCP14A0301/2 MOSFET Gate Drivers

Microchip Technology MCP14A0301/2 MOSFET Gate Drivers are high-speed MOSFET drivers designed to provide up to 3A of peak current while operating from a single supply. These MOSFET drivers are available in two output configurations: Inverting (MCP14A0301) and noninverting (MCP14A0302). The MCP14A0301/2 drivers feature high capacitive load drive capability, low shoot-through/cross-conduction current in the output stage, short delay times, low-voltage threshold input, and enable with hysteresis.

The MCP14A0301/2 drivers can leave the enable pin floating for standard operation with the help of an integrated pull-up resistor. These drivers resist latch-up under any condition within their voltage and power ratings. All terminals of the MCP14A0301/2 drivers are protected against Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) up to 2kV (HBM) and 200V (MM).
