Microchip Technology LAN969x Ethernet Switches

Microchip Technology LAN969x Ethernet Switches feature Time Sensitive Networking (TSN), and offer scalable bandwidths from 46Gbps to 102Gbps. The Microchip Technology LAN969x has a 1GHz single-core Arm® Cortex®-A53 CPU. The LAN969x supports the QuadBox function, connecting two HSR networks for applications requiring high reliability and zero downtime. Unlike alternative solutions, the LAN969x minimizes design complexity and system costs. With highly configurable options of up to 30x ports supporting various interfaces, including RGMII, SGMII, QSGMII, USGMII, and USXGMII, the LAN969x family targets secure and safety-critical applications demanding high-port-count switching links. Security features include secure boot, firmware execution, TCAM-based frame processing, Arm Trusted Firmware methodology, crypto libraries, hardware security accelerators, and immutable key storage.
