Microchip Technology dsPIC33CK256MP508 Op-Amp Motor Control PIMs

Microchip Technology dsPIC33CK256MP508 Op-Amp Motor Control Plug-In Modules (PIMs) are designed to demonstrate the motor control capabilities using the internal or external on-board op-amps. These Microchip Technology modules come with an 80-pin dsPIC33CK256MP508 TQFP device and can be used to evaluate the dsPIC33CKxxxMP50x and dsPIC33CKxxxMP20x devices. The PIMs enable using the internal Op-Amps on the dsPIC with the MCLV-2 [DM330021-2], MCHV-2 [DM330023-2], MCHV-3 [DM330023-3] boards, and low-voltage motor control development bundle [DV330100].

The dsPIC33CK256MP508 device is a high-performance 16-bit Digital Signal Controller (DSC). These motor control PIMs are designed to take advantage of the high-resolution PWM peripheral in the device. The PWM and other peripherals like the ADC enable motor control applications.
