Microchip Technology ATtiny806/1606 8-bit Microcontroller features the 8-bit AVR® processor with hardware multiplier, running at up to 20MHz. The ATtiny806/1606 include up to 8/16KB Flash, 512/1024B SRAM, and 256 bytes of EEPROM in a compact 20-pin package. The ATtiny806/1606 MCU integrates a flexible and low-power architecture, including Event System and SleepWalking, accurate analog features, and advanced peripherals. The Microchip Technology ATtiny806/1606 8-bit Microcontrollers are well-suited for various applications, including industrial, consumer, appliances, automotive, and Internet of Things (IoT) sensor nodes.With an accurate and temperature-stable 16/20MHz internal RC oscillator, Configurable Custom Logic (CCL), and Core Independent Peripherals, the need for external components is significantly reduced, providing significant cost savings. Additionally, the small 20-pin SOIC package further reduces the PCB footprint, enabling developers to create compact designs.
