Microchip Technology 2/4/8-Mbit NOR Flash memories are part of the Serial Quad I/O™ (SQI™) family of flash memory devices, which features a six-wire and 4-bit I/O interface. The SQI family with a 4-bit interface allows low-power and high-performance operation in a low-pin-count package. These NOR flash memories improve performance and reliability while lowering power consumption. Microchip Technology 2/4/8-Mbit NOR Flash memories are AEC-Q100 qualified and RoHS compliant.
