Littelfuse TPSMC 1500W SMT Automotive TVS Diodes offer 1500W peak pulse power dissipation and protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients created by lightning and other transient voltage events. These 1500W diodes come in a surface-mount, low-profile package and offer excellent clamping capability and low incremental surge resistance.
