Littelfuse QVxx12xHx 12A High-Temperature Alternistor Triacs offer a +150°C maximum junction temperature (TJ) and a surge capability of 153A at 60Hz half cycle. These modules enable easier thermal management and higher surge handling capability in AC power control applications. The alternistor triacs operate in quadrants I, II, and III, and deliver high performance in applications requiring high commutation capability. The series features a 600V voltage capability, high dv/dt up to 1000V/µs, and RoHS compliance.
