KEMET CHT 260°C C0G High-Temp Class I Dielectric Caps

KEMET CHT 260°C C0G High-Temp Class I Dielectric Capacitors feature a proprietary and robust C0G/NP0 base metal electrode (BME) dielectric system, which delivers industry-leading performance at extreme temperatures. These surface-mount multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs) are specifically designed for use in harsh environments, which require robust and reliable capacitors at extreme temperatures such as +260°C. The C0G dielectric exhibits no change in capacitance with respect to time and voltage and exhibits a negligible change in capacitance with reference to ambient temperature.

KEMET CHT 260°C C0G High-Temp Class I Dielectric Caps offer a gold termination finish for a clean solderable surface that supports extreme environments. These lead-free devices are also RoHS and REACH-compliant. Typical applications for the CHT series include downhole oil exploration, industrial high-temperature electronics, geothermal, aerospace, and more.
