Infineon Technologies PSoC™ 4 HV PA (High Voltage Precision Analog) MCUs are fully integrated programmable embedded systems for battery monitoring and management. The AEC-Q100-qualified devices feature an Arm® Cortex® M0+ processor and programmable/reconfigurable analog/digital blocks. The 32-QFN packaged (with wettable flanks) PSoC™ 4 HV PA microcontrollers operate within a -40°C to +125°C temperature range and offer 128KByte code flash with ECC protection.
