Littelfuse SMF4L-T1G Low Leakage TVS Diodes

Littelfuse SMF4L-T1G Low Leakage Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes are designed to protect sensitive systems or components from high-voltage and high-energy transients. These diodes offer a fast response time of less than 1ns, low Zener impedance, high surge, and good clamping capabilities. The SMF4L-T1G TVS diode features a unidirectional peak reverse voltage ranging from 5V to 78V and a maximum peak power dissipation of 400W. The SMF4L-T1G low leakage diodes are ideal for protecting I/O interfaces, VCC buses, and other vulnerable circuits used in cellular phones, portable electronics, and business machines. The low leakage is particularly well-suited for battery-operated electronics, power supplies, and other industrial and consumer applications.
