Broadcom ACPL-K33T Automotive Optocoupler

Broadcom ACPL-K33T automotive optocouplers offer 2.5A peak output current and are designed for driving IGBTs and SiC power MOSFETs used in AC-DC and DC-DC converters. ACPL-K33T optocouplers contain an AIGaAs LED optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage. It features fast propagation delay and tight timing skew. The ACPL-K33T automotive optocouplers feature Avago R²Coupler™ isolation which provides the reinforced insulation needed for critical automotive and industrial applications.
