Analog Devices / Maxim Integrated MX31828 & MX31829 Low-Power Temperature Switches

Analog Devices MX31828 and MX31829 Low-Power Temperature Switches provide a ±1°C accuracy from -40°C to +125°C (12 bits). The switches have an I2C/SMBus interface and are housed in a small 6-bump wafer-level package. The Analog Devices devices have high accuracy and are ideal for many applications. The MX31828 and MX31829 are used as temperature switches with preconfigured thresholds and/or as temperature sensors with an I2C interface.
