Analog Devices / Maxim Integrated Himalaya uSLIC™ MAXM17532 Step-Down Power Module

Analog Devices Himalaya uSLIC™ MAXM17532 Step-Down DC-DC Power Module integrates a controller, MOSFETs, inductor, and the compensation components all in a compact micro-SLIC package. The MAXM17532 operates from a 4.0V to 42V input voltage and supports an adjustable 0.9V to 5.5V output voltage.

The device supplies up to 100mA of load current and has a high level of integration to reduce design complexity and manufacturing risks. The  MAXM17532 uses peak-current-mode control and operates in pulse-width modulation (PWM) mode.

The Analog Devices MAXM17532 is available in a thermally enhanced, compact 10-pin 2.6mm x 3mm x 1.5mm micro-SLIC package, and is rated to operate over the full -40°C to +125°C industrial/automotive temperature range.
