Analog Devices Inc. HMC1133LP5E 6-Bit Digital Phase Shifters

Analog Devices HMC1133LP5E features 6-Bit digital phase shifters with a low 2.8º RMS phase error and extremely low ±0.4dB insertion loss variation across all phase states. The HMC1133LP5E phase shifters are rated from 4.8-6.2GHz. They offer 360º of phase coverage with a low 5dB insertion loss. HMC1133LP5E's 0/+5V positive control logic controls these high accuracy phase shifters. The digital phase shifters are internally matched to 50Ω and require no external components. The HMC1133LP5E 6-Bit digital phase shifters are well-suited for EW receivers, weather & military radar, satellite communications, beamforming modules, and phase cancellation.
