Analog Devices Inc. ADT7422 Digital Temperature Sensor

Analog Devices Inc. ADT7422 Digital Temperature Sensor is designed to meet the ASTM E1112 standard of clinical thermometry specification. This temperature sensor operates with 210µA of the average supply current at 3V. The ADT7422 sensor provides a 16-bit temperature, 0.0078°C resolution, and up to ±0.1°C accuracy without calibration after the PCB soldering process. The ADT7422 sensor offers shutdown mode to power down the device and provides a shutdown current of 2µA at 3V input voltage. This sensor is used in applications such as Vital Signs Monitoring (VSM), medical equipment, thermocouple cold junction compensation, and laser diode temperature control.
